TechniWeld - Clairvoyant 3.0 GOLD

Our new gold welding lenses are engineered to redirect the intense heat generated during welding, enhancing the comfort of welders during their work. Gold Lens coating reflects 90% of the infrared radiation which would otherwise reach a welder's eyes. This not only reduces the risk of eye strain but also contributes to overall eye comfort.

Features

• Stainless steel case reflects infrared heat/light and stays cool!
• Fits in all 2″ x 4 1/4″ welding helmets, 1/1/1/2 Optical quality according to EN379
• Clear State: Shade 3; Dark State: Shade 5 (for cutting), darkest at shade 8-13 for welding
• Improved solar and lithium battery, designed for faster switching times between shades
• Ambient light awareness design for “flicker-free” TIG welding
• All digital, with a much thinner design than the OG CLAIRVOYANT lens
• Ultralight and ultra thin, this lens has one of the world’s fastest dim switching speeds at 1/16000th of a second

Usage Instructions
Before Welding

• Check the front & back polycarbonate lenses are securely in place to protect against impact, spatter, and scratching
• Adjust headband so that the helmet is seated on the head as low as possible and near to your face. Adjust helmet angle when in the lowered position by turning headgear
• Ensure helmet shell/frame does not obstruct solar panels or sensors, doing this may cause eye injury while welding
• Check the correct operation of the filter

Additional Instructions
Do not use or open the auto-darkening filter if damaged by shock, vibration or pressure. Keep the sensors and solar cell clean. Clean the filter cartridge using a soapy water solution and soft cloth which should be damp but not saturated. Do not leave lowered in position; a bright light surface could cause the filter to darken unexpectedly. Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaning detergent. If cover lens is spattered or covered with dirt, it should be replaced immediately. Do not use the helmet without inside and outside cover lenses properly installed.
